I have always loved helping people feel better about themselves and, above all, believing in their ability to transform their bodies and health
I am an entrepreneurial person with great determination to achieve my goals and objectives. I enjoy sharing my knowledge about the world of sports and highlighting its positive impact on our lives.
For many, exercise is mainly linked to aesthetic reasons, but my personal experience has taught me that its main benefit lies in better physical and mental health, as well as a higher quality of life. These improvements, in turn, go hand in hand with greater self-confidence.
At the age of just 25, I found myself facing health problems that threatened to limit my functional life. I was diagnosed with arthritis at a young age, news that made me deeply reflect on how I wanted to live
and what actions I could take to regain a normal life. Doctors suggested quick solutions, such as injections to relieve pain, but they did not offer a definitive cure.
I decided to delve into the world of sports with few expectations. Still, to my surprise, I discovered that not only had my joint health improved, but I also felt physically and mentally unstoppable. Sport was a kind of magic that came into my life to transform it and guide me towards a path full of vitality.
After years of practising, I decided to take a step further and commit professionally to this passion.
I graduated from the prestigious Spanish school, Fivestars International Graduate School, EQF3 (Fitness Instructor) and EQF4 (Personal Trainer).
I am currently taking a course in Sports Nutrition to further complete my knowledge. I had the privilege of receiving classes from Olympic medalists and renowned worldwide and Spanish personalities, such as Ángel Luis Andreo, Ángela Pumariega, Mintxo Lasaosa, etc. My certifications meet the criteria and standards of the European Health and Fitness Association, and I am part of the European Registry of Exercise Professionals (EREPS).
I have always been a committed and responsible person, which led me to obtain the First Aid in Sports Title given by the Spanish Red Cross.
But, what was my life like before I dedicated myself to sports? My passion for languages led me to obtain a degree in English Philology from the University of Barcelona. After more than a decade in Barcelona, where I worked as an English teacher for several years, I decided to change the course of my life and move to the Maresme region, in the area of Vallalta, in search of a more authentic life connected with nature, as well as to dedicate myself to what I love most.
This is how the idea of merging my passion for sports with language learning emerged, offering, among other things, fitness classes in English and implementing the innovative "Learn by Doing" strategy, which allows my students to improve their English while exercising.
As a personal trainer and wellness guide, I collaborate with my clients to achieve significant and lasting changes that bring them joy. There is nothing that satisfies me more than seeing them thrive and build the life they desire.
